Inclusion and Diversity require companies to look at all aspects of their business. As we review the origins of Pride and LGBTQ+ along with Juneteenth, we will look at how businesses can use the Diversity calendar to evaluate the benefits they offer as they compete for employees. We will discuss examples of what other companies are doing in this space and give suggestions for ways to incorporate changes.
We will discuss the upcoming Illinois Pay Equity Act and how your company will be impacted by the change. And will have an interactive discussion about ways some companies are acknowledging their mistakes and taking steps to create a more inclusive workplace by commemorating these holidays.
