Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) are hot topics in today’s workplace. In the last few years, employers across the country have committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Yet, many of us do not fully understand what that means, why it so important, and/or how we can incorporate those ideas into our workplace.
In this DE&I session, led by Senior Employment Counsel Sonal Shah, we will discuss what those terms mean, the moral, business and financial reasons to support DE&I so you can acquire the support and buy-in you need, and the proactive steps you can take to bring meaningful change to your organization. This foundational level class is a must for anyone in an executive, HR, or managerial role!
