    #1: HR Assistant: 

    Full-Time Entry-Level HR Assistant (Manufacturing)

    Position Summary:
    The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their HR career while contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and onboarding initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
    • Support onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and training logistics
    • Maintain employee records and update HRIS with personnel changes
    • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
    • Track training compliance and assist with reporting for audits
    • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
    • Ensure filing and documentation meet regulatory and internal standards

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred. Students welcome!
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems a plus
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism
    • Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment

     

    #2 HRIS Transition Project Assistant (Paycor to Workday)

    Position Summary:
    This temporary, part-time role supports the HR team in transitioning from Paycor to Workday. The assistant will help with data validation, system testing, and documentation during the 3–4 month implementation period.

    Schedule:
    20 hours/week, flexible within standard business hours

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with data migration: audit, cleanse, and validate employee records
    • Support mapping of legacy Paycor fields to Workday equivalents
    • Participate in system testing and document issues or inconsistencies
    • Help prepare training materials and user guides for HR and managers
    • Track project milestones and maintain transition documentation
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with HRIS systems (Paycor, Workday, ADP, etc.) preferred
    • Strong Excel and data management skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with HR processes and confidentiality standards
